What they need
- Support in enrolment, scheduling, coordinating and maintaining all train and place projects - training calendar, training materials, training attendance, training evaluations, group interview, job placement.
- Participate in and support all projects activities.
- Collate and communicate with clients, hiring partners, and trainees.
- Perform basic graphic designing and video editing tasks using provided tools as needed from time to time.
- Source and screen trainees, conduct interviews, and select candidates for the training program.
- To match trainee profile with hiring partners for interviews and direct hiring.
