💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with daily warehouse administrative and documentation tasks.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse records and documents.
• Assist in coordinating and updating delivery arrangements and status.
• Prepare delivery documents and provide administrative support to drivers.
• Liaise with Sales, Customer Service and Warehouse teams on delivery and order matters.
• Assist with order tracking, filing, labelling and basic warehouse activities when required.
• Provide general administrative support to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

🎓 Who We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Work Arrangement: Fully on-site at our Subang Jaya office.
