About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Internship Warehouse at our facility in Skudai Johor. This is a full-time internship position designed to provide valuable hands-on experience in warehouse operations and logistics. As an Internship Warehouse team member, you will work alongside experienced professionals to support the day-to-day operations of our distribution centre. This role is instrumental in helping you develop practical skills in inventory management, stock handling and warehouse systems whilst contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our facility.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving, checking and processing incoming goods and shipments in accordance with company procedures
• Accurately recording inventory data and updating warehouse management systems
• Organising, storing and retrieving stock items to maintain efficient warehouse layout and accessibility
• Assisting with picking and packing operations to fulfil customer orders accurately and promptly
• Supporting the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse facility
• Conducting stock counts and assisting with inventory reconciliation activities
• Following all health and safety regulations and warehouse protocols
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet operational targets and deadlines

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a diploma or degree programme in logistics, supply chain management, business or a related field
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meet physical demands of the role
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach to working
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new warehouse systems and procedures
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (preferred)
• Physical ability to lift and handle goods safely, with or without appropriate equipment
• Enthusiasm for pursuing a career in logistics and warehouse operations
