INTERNSHIP WARRANTY

About the role

To provide practical internship exposure in after-sales warranty operations by supporting warranty claims and reimbursement, defective parts management, dealer training coordination, and daily administrative and documentation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily warranty claims and assist in checking warranty claims and reimbursement submissions from dealers
• Track warranty reimbursement status on a weekly basis using the relevant database
• Follow up with dealers to prepare invoices after reimbursement forms are completed and approved
• Assist in processing and filtering defective parts lists required from suppliers
• Follow up with dealers to collect defective parts required from suppliers and coordinate the return process
• Label defective parts after they arrive at Head Office
• Prepare documentation and packing lists for defective parts to be sent to suppliers
• Coordinate after-sales dealer training, including attendance, venue preparation, accommodation, food and beverages
• Prepare training materials according to training requirements
• Support the Warranty team in daily administrative, documentation and data-management tasks

About you

• Internship student seeking industrial training placement
• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is preferred
• Good communication, coordination, documentation and data-entry skills
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to follow up on tasks and deadlines
• Willing to learn about warranty claim processes, defective parts management and after-sales operations
