[6 months, 4-5 days/week] Name of Project: 流程优化与数据分析实习生 Main Tasks: Process Innovation (50%) -Analyze existing processes and identify optimization opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of TIPS case handling. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address dealer pain points and improve service processes. -Develop data-driven reports and recommendations for process improvement. Data-Driven Research & Analysis (20%) -Collect and analyze dealer survey data to identify recurring technical issues and service gaps. -Develop digital tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel,Python) to streamline data analysis and reporting. Fault Resolution Process (FRP) Optimization (30%) -Support FRP methodology optimization in Aftersales to accelerate issue resolution and reduce market pressure. -Collect and analyze data to evaluate current process performance. -Support case tracking, status clarification, and problem-solving activities. Key Qualifications: [Required] -Creative problem-solver with a passion for improving customer experiences. -Strategic and creative mindset. -Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). -Experience using AI tools (e.g., prompt engineering, Claude Code, Codex). -Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken. [Preferred] -Interest in the automotive industry. -Data analysis skills. [Bonus] -Project management skills.
