Main Tasks: 1. Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to competitors in the market, including their products, services, and strategies - For example, monitor competitor websites, industry reports, and social media to gather information - Prepare detailed comparison reports to highlight strengths and weaknesses of our offerings versus competitors 2. Prepare for test drive activities, including but not limited to coordinating with relevant departments and personnel, ensuring the availability of test drive vehicles, and preparing necessary documents and materials - For instance, check the vehicle conditions and make sure all necessary paperwork is in order -Participate in the selection of test drive routes, considering factors such as road conditions, traffic flow, and scenic spots to ensure a pleasant and safe test drive experience for internal customers 3. Film and produce reports on competing vehicles and be responsible for video editing Learning Opportunities: 1. In-depth Industry Insights: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the automotive market, including ADAS, powertrain, charging and telematics system, and emerging trends. This will provide a solid foundation for a career in the automotive sector. 2. Hands-on Project Experience: Work directly on real projects related to competitive analysis, technical benchmark and test drive operations. This practical experience will enhance your problem-solving and project management skills. 3. Networking and Collaboration: Interact and collaborate with professionals from various departments within the company, expanding your professional network. Key Qualifications: 1. Passion for automobiles with a genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry 2. Basic understanding of different car brands and their characteristics. - Know the unique selling points of major car brands. - Be familiar with the brand history and reputation of several well-known automakers. 3. Fundamental knowledge of various vehicle functions such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), telematics, battery, and drivetrains 4. Valid driver's license and driving experience - be able to support rental vehicle charging / car washing 5. Excellent research skills to gather relevant and accurate information 6. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with the team and present findings Degree & Major: Bachelor or above.
