Organization- Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui Summary Program Duration: 6 months Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute a variety of events, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
• Assist in coordinating logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
• Support event marketing efforts through social media and promotional materials.
• Attend events to provide on-site support, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and guests.
• Collect feedback post-events to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications Qualifications & Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related degree programme.
• Strong passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness and adaptability.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and high reliability.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese OR Mandarin.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
