Intern/Trainee - Sales

Organization- Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui Summary Program Duration: 6 months Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team in promoting hotel rooms and packages to corporate and leisure clients.
• Participate in client meetings, respond to inquiries, and help prepare proposals tailored to guest needs.
• Maintain accurate sales records, update databases, and assist in preparing performance reports.
• Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and potential business opportunities to support sales strategies.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth booking processes and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in organizing sales promotions, client site inspections, and familiarization trips.
• Gain exposure to hotel sales operations and build skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship management..

Qualifications Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is a must.
