Job Description – Arabic-English Translator

Job Role: Arabic-English Translator
Organisation: Ganaa – Mental Healthcare & Rehabilitation

Job Responsibilities

• Assist an Arabic-speaking patient in communicating with doctors, psychologists, nurses, and other staff.
• Translate conversations between Arabic and English accurately.
• Support communication during consultations, therapy sessions, and daily activities.
• Help the patient understand instructions, appointments, and routine communication.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Ensure clear and respectful communication between the patient and the care team.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Arabic and English, including speaking and understanding.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a supportive attitude.
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism.
• Previous experience in translation or healthcare settings will be preferred.
• Knowledge of mental healthcare terminology will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
