Duties

• Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, conferences, and events to ensure all participants understand each other clearly
• Translate written documents, correspondence, reports, and other materials with precision and cultural sensitivity
• Assist with language assessments and support onboarding processes for multilingual staff or clients
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times during interpretation activities
• Use appropriate technology tools such as translation software or typing devices to enhance accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with teams to prepare materials in multiple languages when needed
• Support the development of language resources and glossaries to improve future translation quality

Requirements

• Multilingual proficiency in at least two languages, including fluency in English
• Bilingual capabilities with strong translation skills across different contexts
• Excellent communication skills—both listening and speaking—focused on clarity and cultural nuance
• Proven experience in interpretation or translation roles preferred but not mandatory
• Strong typing skills for document translation and note-taking during live sessions
• Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to adapt to various environments, including formal meetings, casual settings, or technical discussions
