Dopper

Ready to start your career with a company that actually cares? At Dopper, we're on a mission to make tap water the first choice and to inspire people to ditch single-use plastic. We do that with our iconic reusable bottles, a lot of creativity, and a team that believes business can be a force for good.
Twice a year (February and September 2027), we're welcoming new interns to join us at our office in Haarlem. Whether your heart lies in sales, brand, marketing, e-commerce, or supply chain, there's a place for you to learn, contribute and grow.

Why Dopper?

Purpose in everything we do. Our mission isn't a slogan on the wall. It guides our products, our partnerships and the choices we make every day.

A brand people love. Dopper is a recognisable, design-driven brand with a loyal community. You'll work on something you can be proud to show your friends and family.

A small team with big impact. Short lines, open communication and room for your ideas. Your work gets seen and actually makes a difference.

A culture that feels good. We're informal, collaborative and curious. We celebrate wins together and learn from our mistakes.

What can you expect?

Real responsibility. You're not here to make coffee. You'll work on real projects and take ownership of your own assignment, matched to your studies and interests.

Guidance and feedback. You'll have a dedicated supervisor and regular check-ins, so you always know where you stand and how to grow.

Learning by doing. Work side by side with experienced colleagues, get to know different teams and see how a mission-driven brand operates from the inside.

Room for your ideas. Fresh perspectives are welcome. We want to hear what you'd do differently.

A fair deal. An Internship fee of € 325,- per month on fulltime basis and extra benefits (e.g. travel allowance, team events, free lunch, Dopper (duh!), OpenUp)

How does it work?

Our internship vacancies will officially open soon, but you don't have to wait to get on our radar. Here's how it works:

Upload your CV.

Tell us where you'd like to grow. Let us know which area appeals to you most.

Be the first to apply. As soon as the vacancy goes live, we'll make sure you're the first to know and the first to hit the apply button.

No need to wait for the perfect moment :)
At our core, we believe in upholding a set of values that guide everything we do. These values are the soul of our culture and the foundation of our work. We believe it’s essential to act according to these values, in your own unique way, of course.
We are Courageous, Connected, Dynamic and Unstoppable!
