Job Description | 职位简介

ZH First Coffee is a growing FMCG export and distribution company based in Seremban, Malaysia. We specialize in exporting and supplying a wide range of food, beverages, frozen products, and household essentials to international and local markets.

ZH First Coffee 是一家位于马来西亚芙蓉（Seremban）的 FMCG 出口与分销公司，专注于出口及供应各类食品、饮料、冷冻食品及日用品至国际及本地市场。

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive Intern to join our sales team. You will gain hands-on experience in customer visits, sales support, market development, and business operations while learning about the FMCG export and distribution industry.

我们正在寻找一位积极主动、充满热忱的销售执行实习生加入我们的销售团队。您将有机会参与客户拜访、销售支援、市场开发及业务运作，并在 FMCG 出口与分销行业中获得宝贵的实战经验。

Responsibilities | 工作职责

• Visit customers (retail shops, minimarkets, wholesalers) with the Sales team.
  跟随销售团队拜访客户（零售店、迷你超市及批发商）。
• Assist in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  协助建立及维护良好的客户关系。
• Support order taking and ensure a smooth sales process.
  协助处理订单并确保销售流程顺畅。
• Assist in opening new customer accounts and expanding market coverage.
  协助开发新客户及拓展市场。
• Monitor stock movement and product availability.
  协助检查库存情况及产品供应。
• Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure smooth operations.
  与仓库及物流团队协调，确保营运顺利进行。
• Support sales activities, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  协助执行销售活动、促销及市场推广计划。

Requirements | 任职要求

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  在读商业、市场营销或相关科系 Diploma / Degree 学生。
• Proficient in basic English (spoken & written).
  具备基本英语沟通及书写能力。
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  具备良好的沟通及人际交往能力**。**
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
  工作认真负责，积极主动，乐于学习**。**
• Willing to travel and meet customers.
  愿意外出拜访客户及出差**。**

Working Hours | 工作时间

🕗 Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🕐 Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

🕗 周一至周五**：上午 8:00 – 下午 5:00**
🕐 周六**：上午 8:00 – 下午 1:00**
