Intervention Teacher, Primary Phase / ครูสอนเสริม - ระดับประถมศึกษา

Job Purpose

To support and promote the learning development of Primary Phase students who require additional educational support by planning and delivering appropriate intervention programmes tailored to individual learning needs. The Intervention Teacher monitors students’ academic progress and works collaboratively with class teachers, parents and relevant staff to help students develop their academic potential, confidence and learning skills within a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment aligned with the School’s educational approach.

Responsibilities;

• Provide targeted academic support and intervention for students with learning difficulties or additional learning needs

• Assess students’ learning needs and develop appropriate intervention plans

• Deliver individual and small-group intervention sessions to improve students’ academic performance

• Monitor, record, and evaluate students’ progress and maintain accurate documentation

• Collaborate with homeroom teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure effective student support

• Adapt teaching strategies and learning materials to meet individual student needs

• Support students’ emotional, social, and behavioural development where appropriate

• Participate in student support meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities

• Maintain confidentiality regarding student information and records

• Ensure intervention practices align with school policies and educational standards

• Professional Development:

  • Engage in ongoing professional development to support effective student learning
  • Keep up to date with current practices and developments in intervention and inclusive education
  • Participate in School meetings, training sessions and professional activities

Requirements;

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education,Thai Language Education or related fields
• At least 1 year's teaching experience
• Good command in both Thai and English
• Holds a valid teaching licence is an advantaged
• New graduated are welcomed
