Interventional Psychiatrist

Deep Centered Mental Health is a clinician-led outpatient psychiatry and psychotherapy practice built to support thoughtful, high-quality care. We emphasize an integrative approach—combining medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle interventions, and advanced interventional treatments—to help psychiatrists deliver more meaningful, lasting outcomes. Our model is intentionally designed to reduce administrative burden, allow for longer patient visits, and foster true collaboration across disciplines.

Psychiatrists in our group benefit from seamless access to a large, in-house therapy network and the ability to incorporate innovative treatments such as TMS and esketamine into their practice. We are aligned with the largest and only American Psychological Association-accredited private therapy practice in Texas, with over 220 in house therapists on our team, creating a uniquely collaborative and well-supported clinical environment.

• Uncapped earning potential: $3000K–$420K+

Your Role:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and accurately diagnose mental health conditions. This in an in-clinic opportunity.
• Craft personalized treatment strategies that may include psychotherapy, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
• Guide patients and their families through understanding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care and contribute to research that advances interventional treatment.
• Have the opportunity to supervise Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
• Ensure all patient information is meticulously documented to support ongoing care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board-certified in Psychiatry
• Licensed in Texas with an active DEA license (unencumbered)
• Skilled in psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults and/or adolescents
• TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) experience preferred or willingness to learn (full training and certification provided)
• Excellent communicator with a collaborative, ethical, and solution-focused approach
• Comfortable with EMR systems and videoconferencing tools
• Passionate about professional growth and continuous learning

Pay: $300,000.00 - $420,000.00 per year
