Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Consultant Interventional Radiologist to join a reputed healthcare facility in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in image-guided minimally invasive procedures and should be committed to delivering safe, accurate and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging studies including CT, MRI, ultrasound and Doppler as required.
• Perform a wide range of image-guided interventional procedures.
• Manage vascular and non-vascular interventional procedures based on clinical expertise.
• Perform procedures such as biopsies, drainages, vascular access and image-guided interventions.
• Assist in the management of patients requiring minimally invasive interventional procedures.
• Evaluate patients before procedures and provide appropriate post-procedure care.
• Review imaging findings and correlate them with clinical information.
• Work closely with surgeons, physicians, oncologists and other specialists for multidisciplinary patient management.
• Explain procedures, risks, benefits and treatment options to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and procedure documentation.
• Follow radiation safety, infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
• Ensure high standards of clinical quality and professional practice.

Eligibility

• MD / DNB in Radiodiagnosis from a recognized institution.
• Additional Fellowship / DM / DrNB in Interventional Radiology or equivalent specialized training preferred/required as per institutional requirements.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Interventional Radiology after specialization/training.
• Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council.
• Strong knowledge of image-guided interventional procedures.
• Good clinical, technical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Patient-centric approach and professional conduct.

Compensation

Salary: Market standards, based on qualifications, experience, procedural expertise and clinical skills.
