Interventional Radiology Tech - PRN

Position: Interventional Procedures Tech, Interventional Radiology

Location: Elmhurst

Type: Per Diem

Hours: Typically 6:30 am start, with on-call duties

Pay Range: $38.96 - $60.39 per hour based on experience and expertise

Responsibilities Include

• Performing technical and clinical duties in diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures.
• Monitoring cardiac rhythm, hemodynamic waveforms, and documenting during complex cardiology procedures.
• Providing patient monitoring during critical events such as cardiogenic shock, MI, and arrest.
• Interpreting EKG rhythms and hemodynamic abnormalities.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and procedure logs, and completing documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Required certifications: ARRT, IEMA; preferred RCIS.
• Education: 2-year allied health degree or equivalent.
• CPR (BLS) certification; ACLS within 1 year.
• Previous Cath Lab experience preferred.
• Skills in self-motivation and technical proficiency.
