Interview Readiness Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a Interview Readiness Coordinator to join a growing HappinessCue team in Jaipur.

The role will support individuals using HappinessCue for career and professional guidance, including career direction, job search, interview readiness, career transitions, workplace challenges and professional growth.

The person will understand the requirement, coordinate with suitable experts, track conversations and help clients move smoothly from enquiry to guidance.

Candidates from career services, recruitment, HR, learning, client servicing or other people-facing backgrounds are welcome.

The role is hands-on and suits someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply passing enquiries between teams.

The successful candidate will be expected to communicate clearly, keep commitments visible and make the experience easier for the person seeking guidance.

The expected experience range is 0-4 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.

HappinessCue is a non-medical guidance platform, so this role does not involve diagnosis, clinical treatment or medical advice.
