JOB TITLE: INTERNAL AUDITOR

Salary: ₦100,000 Monthly

JOB SUMMARY

A reputable organisation in Ogudu, Lagos, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Internal Auditor with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for examining financial records, assessing internal controls, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Examine financial records, transactions, and accounting documents for accuracy.
• Conduct internal audits and assess compliance with company policies.
• Identify financial risks, irregularities, and control weaknesses.
• Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor internal financial procedures and operational processes.
• Verify that company assets are properly managed and protected.
• Maintain accurate audit documentation and records.
• Follow up on previous audit findings to ensure corrective measures are implemented.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working as an Internal Auditor.
• Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of auditing procedures and internal controls.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
