We are seeking people for what I call an intrepreneur. An intrepreneur to me is someone who wants to be, and is willing to take on the responsibility of being an entrepreneur but would like to do it under the umbrella and safety net of an existing organization. Many of us start from scratch and don’t have the resources or capability to be an entrepreneur ourselves, and that is quite Okay. Theres no shame in that. This is an opportunity for those in such predicaments to at least test the water and “test their metal”.

GENERAL

Job scope is to support the organization in all ways as if it was your own company.

Examples of this include but are not limited to:

• Making Sales

• Adding Clients to our Client Portal

• Scheduling Clients and Projects

• Physically working on Projects such as Pressure Wsshing, Car Detailing and Cleaning at customer sites

• Communicating with Clients and Team Personnel and Managers

• Accepting Payment from Clients

• Being Part of, and contributing to Team Meetings

• Being Prepared for all jobs and projects

PROS AND COMPENSATIONS

• 25% of all sales made and/or performed by you goes directly to you

• Fuel expenses both to and from job sites is covered by company. As long as receipts are provided.

• Oil Changes are covered by the company. As long as receipts are provided.

• Waters and Refreshments Provided

• Equipment paid for by company

• Materials paid for by company

CONS AND NEGATIVES

• Long Hours. This is not for the 9-5 or even a 5AM-8PM Person. This is for a 24/7 365 person.

• Weekends off are not guaranteed and honestly, typically are filled with full work days

• No benefits. No retirement fund, no dental, no medical.

• Personal Transportation must be used for all jobs

• 1099 Work

• You will have to go to the store(s), after normal business hours, yourself, and provide your own equipment needs such as equipment like ladders, pressure washers, hoses, and other needs, along with receipts provided for company compensation

• You will have to go to the store(s), after normal business hours, yourself, and provide your own material needs such as hand soap, bleach, car detailing spray, car washing soap, sponges, car washing rags, scrub brushes and other materials as needed, along with receipts provided for company compensation

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS

• Carry Weight Over 50 Pounds

• Know how to carry, transport, and place an extension ladder

• Know how to carry, transport, and place an extendable step ladder

• Know how to connect hoses for pressure washing jobs

• Know how to use a pressure washer and spray with a pressure washer without causing damage

• Know how to tie a ratchet strap correctly

• Know how to secure equipment properly

• Know how to fill a chemical sprayer with the right mix of chemical to water

• Know how to wrap hoses correctly

• Know how to “attack” a house correctly when pressure washing (from top down)

• Know how to pressure wash a driveway

• Know how to wipe surfaces in a car

• Know how to clean windows

• Know how to vacuum a vehicle

• Know how to carpet clean a vehicle

• Know how to shampoo a vehicle

• Know how to stain remove in a vehicle

• Know how to do odor removal in a vehicle

• Know how to dust a home

• Know how to clean a sink

• Know how to sweep a floor
