Introducing Broker (IB) – Forex

Employment Type: Full-Time / Commission-Based

We are looking for a motivated and well-connected Introducing Broker (IB) to join our Forex business in Dubai.

We are particularly interested in individuals who already have their own client contacts, network, trading community, or potential Forex clients and are currently looking for a reliable and competitive broker to work with.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and refer new clients to the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Promote the company's Forex trading services and platform.
• Develop and manage your own client network through personal contacts, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Follow up with leads and support the client onboarding process.
• Achieve client acquisition and business development targets.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and business partners.
• Work closely with the sales and business development team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an IB, Introducing Broker, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role is preferred.
• Candidates with their own client contacts, database, network, or active trading community are highly encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of Forex trading and financial markets.
• Strong communication, networking, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in Forex, CFDs, brokerage, or financial services is highly preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and business-minded.
• Candidates who are currently working with another broker but are looking for better services, support, or a more suitable partnership are also welcome to apply.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
