Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, and compliance.
• Configure and deploy device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines.
• Manage Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices through Intune.
• Deploy and manage applications using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM).
• Troubleshoot device management, application deployment, and policy-related issues.
• Implement Conditional Access policies and support Zero Trust security initiatives.
• Monitor device compliance and generate reports for security and operational reviews.
• Collaborate with IT and Security teams to maintain endpoint security and compliance.
• Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) integration and identity management.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Intune administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) and Endpoint Security.
• Experience with Autopilot, Conditional Access, Compliance Policies, and Configuration Profiles.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 device management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and security best practices.
• Experience troubleshooting Intune-managed devices and application deployments.
• Understanding of PowerShell scripting is preferred.

Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days/week from office)
Shift Timing: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (IST)

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
