Responsibilities

• Intune Architecture & Configuration
  • Design and implement Intune architecture, configuration standards, and endpoint management solutions supporting large-scale enterprise environments.
• Policy & Security Baseline Management
  • Build and configure Windows policy sets within Intune Settings Catalog while ensuring alignment with CIS and Microsoft security benchmarks.
• GPO Modernization & Migration
  • Analyze existing Group Policy environments and redesign required configurations within Intune using modern device management principles.
• Windows Autopilot Implementation
  • Configure, deploy, and optimize Windows Autopilot solutions, including Hybrid Entra ID Join, Enrollment Status Page, and enterprise provisioning workflows.
• Endpoint Security Integration
  • Implement and manage security capabilities including Windows Hello for Business, BitLocker, Entra LAPS, Defender for Endpoint, and certificate services.
• Compliance & Access Management
  • Configure compliance policies, Conditional Access controls, update rings, administrative scopes, and governance controls for endpoint environments.
• Co-Management & SCCM Transition
  • Support migration from SCCM and traditional management approaches to Intune, including workload transitions, testing, validation, and rollback planning.
• Testing & Deployment Governance
  • Plan and execute pilot deployments, production rollouts, validation activities, and operational readiness assessments across global device estates.
• Technical Documentation & Runbooks
  • Develop technical documentation, operational procedures, support guides, and runbooks to support long-term service operations.
• Operational Handover & Support
  • Ensure successful transfer of solutions to operational teams through documentation, knowledge sharing, and support transition activities.

Requirements

• Enterprise Endpoint Management Experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Windows endpoint engineering and at least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Intune solutions.
• Large-Scale Intune Deployments
  • Proven experience building and rolling out Intune environments supporting enterprise estates of 10,000+ managed Windows devices.
• Windows Autopilot & Hybrid Join
  • Hands-on experience delivering Windows Autopilot with Hybrid Entra ID Join, including Intune Connector for Active Directory and Enrollment Status Page design.
• Security Baselines & Policy Management
  • Experience implementing CIS or Microsoft Security Baselines using Intune Settings Catalog and managing deviations through governance processes.
• GPO Migration Expertise
  • Strong experience analyzing Group Policy environments and migrating policies to Intune using structured modernization and transformation approaches.
• SCCM Co-Management
  • Practical experience delivering SCCM co-management scenarios, workload transitions, troubleshooting activities, and migration planning.
• Identity & Security Technologies
  • Knowledge of PKCS certificates, Windows Hello for Business, Entra LAPS, Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, and hybrid identity environments.
• PowerShell & Endpoint Automation
  • Experience automating endpoint management activities through PowerShell scripting and modern endpoint administration practices.
• Documentation & Operational Readiness
  • Experience creating technical documentation, build procedures, operational runbooks, and support materials for enterprise endpoint platforms.
• English Language Skills
  • Fluent English with the ability to communicate effectively with architects, project teams, operations teams, and business stakeholders.
