Customer Engineer/ Architect – Microsoft Intune & SCCM (Endpoint Management)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Engineer specializing in Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), and Modern Endpoint Management to support enterprise customers in designing, deploying, troubleshooting, and optimizing their endpoint management solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers manage Windows devices, mobile devices, application deployment, compliance, and security across hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

Endpoint Management

• Deploy, configure, and manage:
• Microsoft Intune
• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
• Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Windows Autopilot
• Co-Management
• Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Mobile Application Management (MAM)

Device Lifecycle Management

• Design and implement Windows device provisioning and deployment strategies.
• Configure and support Windows Autopilot deployments.
• Manage operating system deployments (OSD).
• Perform Windows 10/11 migration and upgrade projects.
• Develop endpoint compliance and security baselines.

Application & Patch Management

• Package, deploy, and manage enterprise applications.
• Configure software updates and patch management through SCCM and Intune.
• Monitor deployment health and compliance.
• Troubleshoot application deployment and update issues.

Security & Compliance

• Implement Conditional Access policies.
• Configure device compliance policies.
• Integrate with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Deploy endpoint security policies and baselines.
• Support Microsoft Defender integration with I
