INVENTORY / ACCOUNT ASSISTANT / EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Perform stock receiving, issuing, transfers, and stock adjustments.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain inventory-related reports and documents.
• Handle data entry for invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders, and other accounting documents.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable matters.
• Match invoices against purchase orders and delivery orders.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting and inventory documents.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding stock and payment matters.
• Assist the Accounts/Finance team with other administrative and accounting duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and inventory management.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting/inventory systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate records.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above.
• Candidates with a Diploma or qualification in Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Supply Management, or other related fields will be given preference.

Work Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in the manufacturing or trading industry will be an added advantage.

Professional Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management.
• Able to perform basic safety stock calculations and assist in maintaining appropriate inventory levels.

• Able to follow instructions and work well with others.
• Honest, responsible, and reliable.

Additional Skills

• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in import/export procedures, customs clearance, and customs declaration/documentation will be an added advantage.
