Inventory Accounting Associate

About the Role

Location: Biñan City, Laguna
Work Set-up: Full Onsite
Schedule: 8AM - 4PM, Monday to Friday

Join our finance team and play a key role in ensuring accurate inventory records, accounting documentation, and operational reporting. This position supports inventory monitoring, audit requirements, fixed asset administration, and month-end accounting activities while working closely with internal business partners.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and reconcile inventory records and transactions
• Review inventory variances and assist in resolving discrepancies
• Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock verification activities
• Prepare reports and schedules for month-end and financial reporting
• Assist in maintaining fixed asset records and documentation
• Organize accounting files and audit requirements
• Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams
• Ensure compliance with established accounting procedures and controls

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or a related field
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in inventory, cost, warehouse, or general accounting
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, MFGPro, or similar platforms
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to work onsite in Biñan, Laguna
