Job Description:-

• Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
• Probation Period: 6 months

Job Responsibilities:-

• 1. Maintaining accurate and timely accounting records for production, inventory and fixed assets in ERP system.

  2. This role involves overseeing product costing, production data verification, variance analysis, fixed assets management, accounting data entry and inventory movement control within the company’s ERP system and accounting system.

  3. Key in and justify the data into the ERP system and Accounting System.

  4. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP, accounting systems and physical records.

  5. To prepare for and participate in Year/Month end closing of the Management Account, Stock costing reporting, Stock inventory control and Fixed Asset Management.

  6. Conducts Quarter/Year end physical inventories and monitors cycle count program for internal and external audit.

  7. Able to perform reconciliation for variance found between physical stock take finding and system.

  8. Reconciles All Spare Part, IT, Raw Material, Work In Progress, finished goods inventory

  9. Able to monitor all stock items’ movement in the system and suggest any improvement.

  10. Manage and maintain fixed asset registers, including acquisition, capitalization, depreciation, and disposal records. Prepare fixed asset summaries and audit schedules to support internal and external audits.

  11. Issue Debit note for any disposal of scraps

  12. Prepare Audit Schedule, Fixed Asset Summary

  13. Prepare and handle Petty Cash transactions.

  14. Assist in preparing and checking payment requests.

  15. Update and submit E-Invoices, Self Billed invoice, SST report submission.

  16. Key in and validate data in ERP and accounting systems to ensure data integrity and consistency.

Requirements:-

• Production accounting experience required from 2 years
• Basic computer knowledge of ERP/accounting software, quickly able to learn company specific applications
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
• Ability to work in multi-cultural environment
• Minimum of 2 years of Cost Accounting in a Manufacturing Environment
• Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Accounting
• Must have a strong Cost systems background and have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principals.
• Computer Literate – Strong Excel skills and the ability to use Outlook and Word
• Experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on development and analysis of cost standards
• Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
