Inventory Admin Executive

About the role

We are looking for an organized and dependable Inventory Admin Executive to support our day-to-day inventory operations. This is a junior, office-based role suitable for fresh graduates, and candidates with administrative, warehouse or inventory experience. Training will be provided. You will work with a supportive team and play an important part in keeping our inventory records accurate and operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Update inventory records and transactions in the system
• Prepare purchase orders, stock reports and other documents
• Check incoming and outgoing stock records
• Monitor stock levels and highlight discrepancies
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, suppliers and internal departments
• Assist with stock counts and inventory reconciliation
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation
• Perform other general administrative duties related to inventory operations

About you

• Minimum SPM/O-Level/N-Level/Diploma or relevant qualification
• Fresh graduates and candidates without inventory experience are welcome
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems
• Careful, organized and able to work accurately with numbers
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
• Able to communicate and work well with different teams
• Experience in administration, data entry, inventory or warehouse operations is an advantage but not essential
