Inventory Admin - H Proper Coffee Roasters

About the role

Proper Coffee Roasters is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin to support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of our wholesale coffee bean business.

Key responsibilities

• Handle administrative tasks related to wholesale bean orders and accounts
• Prepare and monitor sales orders, invoices, delivery documents, and other related records
• Coordinate with wholesale clients regarding orders, deliveries, schedules, and account requirements
• Maintain accurate records of wholesale customers, orders, inventory, and transactions
• Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, Commissary, and Delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor order status and follow up on pending or incomplete transactions
• Assist in preparing sales reports, inventory reports, and other administrative reports
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely administrative support to wholesale clients
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

About you

• Graduate of Business Administration, Office Administration, Accounting, or a related course is preferred
• Experience in administrative work, sales administration, order processing, or wholesale operations is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Experience in the coffee, food and beverage, or wholesale industry is a plus
