We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Analyst to support our pharmacy branches operations through efficient purchasing, inventory movement, supplier coordination, and documentation.

What you will do:

• Process and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) for pharmacy branches
• Encode and maintain transactions in SAP
• Monitor inventory and branch replenishment requirements
• Process Receiving Reports, stock transfers, returns, and expired items
• Coordinate with branches, suppliers, warehouse, and accounting
• Handle supplier deliveries, returns, payment documentation, and accreditation requirements
• Prepare inventory and purchasing-related reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
• With experience in Purchasing, Inventory, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations within a pharmacy business is an advantage.
• Preferably with experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and documents.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Can manage multiple transactions and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced pharmaceutical/healthcare environment.
