Job Description:

• Monitors and updates assigned customers' daily inventory; encodes the receiving and withdrawal transactions.
• Verifies clerical computations against the physical count of stock
• Adjust errors in computation and report reasons for discrepancies
• Reconcile Inventory discrepancies
• Assist clients’ concerns about the inventory of their stocks.
• Plan and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Generate and maintain weekly reports on inventory levels
• Submits the daily inventory report and other reports of the assigned customers thru email.
• Prepares the inventory summary of the customers when there is a monthly physical count of materials and full goods inventory. Reconciles inventory results with finance or customer’s representative and explains inventory differences
• Monitors the series of all the documents we used in warehouse transactions and ensures no missing series number. Submits the summary of the canceled documents.
• Summarizes all the inventory of the customers as a reference for the Warehouse Checkers
• Summarizes all the stocks of the customers in the warehouse and submits the Occupancy Report
• Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Inventory Supervisor.

Qualifications:

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field

· Proficient in MS office Excel application

· Applicants must be willing to work in Meycauayan.
