Inventory Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, movements, and stock availability
• Analyze inventory data and prepare regular inventory reports
• Conduct inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies
• Track stock transfers, receipts, issuances, and adjustments
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, sales, and other departments regarding inventory requirements
• Identify slow-moving, excess, and aging inventory
• Assist in inventory forecasting and replenishment planning
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP or inventory management system
• Support physical inventory counts and cycle counting activities
• Recommend process improvements to minimize inventory variances and optimize stock levels

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, supply chain, or data analysis is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory/ERP systems
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and prepare accurate reports
• Willing to work onsite and collaborate with different departments
