Inventory Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Analyst to join our team!

📌 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels, movements, and availability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile physical stocks with system records.
• Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock variances.
• Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages, excess, or slow-moving items.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Purchasing, and other departments regarding inventory requirements.
• Assist in inventory counting and stock audits.
• Knowledgeable of inventory control and stock management procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions.
• Provide recommendations to improve inventory accuracy and control.

📌 QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related/equivalent field.

• Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or data analysis is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

• Willing to work in Meycauayan ,Bulacan.
