Inventory Analyst

What you'll do:

• Inventory Control & Analysis: Monitor IT and construction inventory in SAP/ERP, check stock availability before purchasing, and review/clear remaining stock after project completion.
• Project Stock Control: Review inventory requests from project teams, ensure proper material allocation by project, and monitor usage and cost efficiency.
• Stock Counting & Reconciliation: Plan and conduct quarterly stock counts at company and subcontractor locations, reconcile stock differences, and follow up on outstanding stock from employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Inventory Reporting: Prepare monthly and weekly reports on stock balance, stock movement, material usage, and project/subcontractor performance.
• Stock Optimization: Analyze slow-moving and project-closing stock, identify excess or unused materials, and support the approval process for write-off or other cost-saving actions.
• Master Data & System Control: Maintain SLOC, part codes, locations, new/returned parts, and customer-related inventory records in the system.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher inrelated fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in Inventory Control, Inventory Analysis, Cost Control, or Warehouse Management.
• Experience in stock counting, stock reconciliation, and inventory reporting.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, especially Pivot Table and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Able to work with Finance, Project, Procurement, and Operations teams.
