Inventory Analyst

About the role

Responsible for managing inventory and the daily inventory operations in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Cycle Counts

• Pulling in inbound ASNs for the dock team

• Works on new part number set up

• Produces a weekly inventory report

• Keeps attention with dock staff regarding FIFO

• Performs inventory adjustments when needed

• Works closely with Quality team members regarding Quality issues

Essential Skills

• College degree preferred.

• Two years related experience or equivalent education preferred.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Understanding inventory control systems

• Must be proficient in MS Office.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Excel knowledge is helpful with maintaining/updating Customer Order files.

• Automotive experience in customer service or its equivalent within a distribution environment.
