Inventory Analyst

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock movements, ensuring inventory accuracy, timely reconciliation of discrepancies, and completeness of billing and Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation through regular inventory audits, reconciliation of inventory records, coordination with warehouse teams, clients, and logistics providers, resolution of inventory-related concerns, and preparation and timely submission of accurate reports and supporting documents, contributing to efficient warehouse and logistics operations, accurate billing, reliable inventory management, and overall operational efficiency of the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, with mandatory experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.

A. Technical Competencies

1. ERP & Inventory Systems

Proficiency in tools like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics for managing stock levels.

2. Root Cause Analysis

Identifying reasons for stock discrepancies or inefficiencies.

3. Excel & Data Visualization

Strong skills in spreadsheets, pivot tables, and dashboards to track KPIs.

B. Soft Competencies

Working with procurement, sales, finance, and warehouse teams.

Communicating insights clearly to management.

Handling sensitive company and client data responsibly.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
