Inventory Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze inventory levels and optimize stock to meet demand.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies between the inventory system and warehouse records.
• Responsible for system-based work, including printing of invoices, pick lists, receiving reports, etc.
• Prepare reports on inventory performance and key metrics.
• Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely replenishment.
• Implement inventory management best practices and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory management or analysis.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Excel.
• Ability to facilitate communication between departments regarding inventory needs.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
