Inventory Analyst (Parañaque)

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for monitoring inventory accuracy, analyzing stock movements, identifying variances, and ensuring proper inventory controls to support efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.

• Conduct inventory counts, reconciliation, and variance analysis.

• Track stock movement, transfers, receiving, and adjustments.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

• Prepare inventory reports and provide insights on inventory trends and concerns.

• Ensure compliance with inventory policies, procedures, and control measures.

• Coordinate with Store Operations, Warehouse, and other departments to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and minimize losses or variances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or a related field.

• Experience in inventory management, retail operations, or stock control is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
