Inventory Analysts

The person we are looking for will be based in Cabuyao Laguna Warehouse. If you have obtained at least one (1) year of solid experience as an Inventory Analyst in logistics and supply chain industry, then you are the person we need. Additionally, your primary role is to ensure accurate inventory in the warehouse, analyze and reconcile negative variance results on the daily cycle count. Further, he/she shall be tasked also to:

1. Prepare and conduct Stock on Hand (SOH), Cyclecount, Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA) reports according to prescribed schedules and timelines.
2. Monitor near expiry and expired items and items damaged upon inbound and items damaged in the warehouse.
3. Validate status of stocks (System vs Actual) across all sites.
4. Conduct Cycle Count, Replenishment, and Putaway Validation.
5. Assist during the monthly Internal Wall to Wall Count on a daily basis.
6. Assist Inventory Supervisor during inventory reconciliation.

Qualifications:

• Must have obtained at least one (1) year SOLID experience on the job as an Inventory Analyst.
• Proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint.
• Preferably with background in logistics and supply chain industry.
• College Graduate.
