Inventory & E-Commerce Operations Coordinator

About Us

The Tech Square Inc. is a growing Canadian electronics retailer specializing in smartphones, laptops, tablets, accessories, and technology products. With multiple retail locations and expanding online operations, we are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to manage our inventory and e-commerce order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple retail locations and online sales channels.
• Track incoming and outgoing inventory, including serialized products (IMEI/serial numbers).
• Conduct regular inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage stock transfers, receiving, product labeling, and inventory updates.
• Ensure products are properly categorized, graded, and ready for sale.

Online Order Fulfillment

• Process and fulfill orders received through our website and online marketplaces.
• Pick, inspect, pack, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Coordinate shipments, generate shipping labels, and update tracking information.
• Manage order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and fulfillment issues.
• Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time.

Marketplace Operations

• Manage daily orders from platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces where applicable.
• Monitor order status, customer inquiries, returns, and marketplace notifications.
• Update product availability, pricing, and listings as required.
• Help maintain strong seller performance through accurate listings, prompt fulfillment, and timely communication.

Operations & Reporting

• Identify and resolve inventory and order-processing discrepancies.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and fulfillment areas.
• Prepare basic inventory and order fulfillment reports.
• Coordinate with store teams to ensure inventory availability and smooth operations.
• Recommend improvements to daily inventory and fulfillment workflows.

Requirements

• Previous experience in inventory management, e-commerce operations, fulfillment, or retail operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or similar platforms is an asset.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling smartphones, electronics, or serialized inventory is a strong advantage.
• Reliable, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
