Executive – Inventory & Operations

Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh

About the Role

The Inventory & Operations executive will support day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure accurate stock records, system updates, and smooth movement of finished goods. The role will work closely with the warehouse, dispatch, and client teams to maintain stock accuracy and timely operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• • Monitor daily stock movements, receipts, transfers, picking, and dispatches.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS and SAP.
  • Conduct cycle counts and physical stock checks and resolve differences.
  • Track stock by SKU, size, location, and quantity.
  • Monitor stock ageing and report slow-moving or excess inventory.
  • Check system stock against physical stock and investigate variances.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all stock movements.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to support daily operations.
  • Verify picked and dispatched material against system records and documents.
  • Prepare daily and periodic reports on inventory and warehouse activities.
  • Support stock audits and reconciliation activities.
  • Maintain proper filing of inventory and operational records.
  • Highlight stock issues, system errors, and operational gaps to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Ensure Client and Express3PL procedures are followed.

Requirements

• • Graduate in any field. Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
  • Experience in 3PL, Finished Goods, or Tyre warehousing preferred.
  • Working knowledge of WMS and SAP.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
