Inventory & Order Fulfillment Assistant / Executive

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory & Order Fulfilment Assistant / Executive to support our inventory and e-commerce operations. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, ensuring inventory accuracy, preparing products for shipment, and providing administrative support to the department. You will also have the opportunity to support jewellery fairs and company events while working closely with different teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other online platforms
• Pick, pack and prepare jewellery orders accurately for shipment
• Ensure inventory allocation and stock accuracy
• Update inventory records and maintain proper documentation
• Assist with administrative duties and departmental support
• Support company events, jewellery fairs and stock preparation
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior

About you

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Detail-oriented with good numerical accuracy
• Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills
• Responsible, positive attitude and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work overtime during peak periods
• Able to support alternate Saturdays
