INVENTORY & ORDERING ASSOCIATE

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory and Ordering Associate to join our team. This role is essential in managing the flow of goods, ensuring accurate inventory handling, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. Duties

• Verifying the orders and processing
• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and document discrepancies
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately
• Maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with shipment inquiries or issues
• Organize storage areas for optimal space utilization and easy access to inventory
• Collaborate with team members to streamline shipping and receiving processes

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service with exceptional organizational skills
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail in inventory management
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00 per hour
