Inventory & Procurement Intern

1. Summary

We are looking for an organized and responsible Inventory & Procurement Intern to monitor inventory using our existing software, track reminders, follow up on pending requirements, and support procurement activities by coordinating with vendors and ensuring timely availability of materials.

2. Responsibilities

• Regularly check the inventory software and track all reminders and alerts.
• Monitor stock levels and identify items that need replenishment.
• Track material requirements and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with vendors to collect quotations and check prices and material availability.
• Follow up with vendors on delivery timelines and pending materials.
• Maintain updated inventory records, vendor details, and procurement trackers.
• Compare vendor quotations and share details with the concerned team.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements.
• Prepare reports on stock levels, pending requirements, and delivery status.
• Report stock shortages, delays, and discrepancies to the concerned team.

3. Qualifications

• Any graduate or currently pursuing a degree in any stream.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Ability to track tasks, monitor reminders, and ensure nothing is missed.
• Willingness to learn inventory management and procurement processes.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
