Inventory & Procurement Officer

Responsibilities:
Order Management & Fulfillment:-Process internal & external B2B, B2C orders
-Prepare order related documents (e.g., Delivery notes, Packing lists)
-Monitor Stock level & stock expiry date
-Track procurement status, and liaise with suppliers to resolve supply chain delays.

**Systems & Data Management:**Utilize in house system to for cross-reference inventory level, ordering status tracking, price and cost control, as well as stock shelf life tracking.

**Business & Parts Analytics:**Assist in conducting regular sales variance and inventory age analyses (identifying slow-moving/obsolete stock) to generate actionable insights on purchasing patterns and cost-saving initiatives.

Warehouse & Logistics Coordination:-Collaborate closely with warehouse operations and logistics team for storage & delivery.
-Assist inventory control, stock replenishment, and stock taking activities

Requirements:

-          HKCEE / HKDSE / Diploma graduate or above

-          1 years' relevant working experience, fresh graduates are welcome

-          Self-motivated, of can-do attitude, organized, attentive to details and able to follow through with strong multi-tasking abilities.

-          Good command of English and Cantonese, proficiency in Korean is an advantage

-          Proficient in MS Word, Excel

-          Immediate availability is preferred

-          Required to work on weekends
