Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to oversee our daily supply chain activities. In this role, you will be the core custodian of our material flow—managing everything from purchasing raw materials to tracking warehouse stock. Your main goal is to ensure we never run out of critical supplies while maintaining an accurate, lean inventory system.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain precise, real-time records of all stock-in and stock-out activities in the system
• Follow up closely with suppliers to track material delivery timelines and resolve any shipping delays
• Conduct regular physical stock counts (cycle counts) and reconcile variances to optimize stock levels
• Handle the purchasing of materials, including issuing Purchase Orders (POs) and negotiating delivery schedules with vendors
• Inspect incoming material deliveries for correct quantities and defect-free quality against invoices
