Inventory and Warehouse Coordinator

Indigo Luna is a sustainable fashion brand committed to ethical production and mindful business practices. With our main production based in Bali and global online sales through our Shopify-based website, we are looking for an Inventory and Warehouse Coordinator to support our growing team.

Below are the job descriptions and requirements:

Job Descriptions:

• Perform daily cycle counts for SKUs in the warehouse (±30–40 SKUs per day).
• Conduct an annual stocktake in the warehouse.
• Conduct a monthly stocktake in offline stores.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies between the system (Shopify & Stocky) and actual items.
• Perform recounts and follow up on discrepancies & report stocktake results.
• Monitor stock transactions [inbound, outbound, adjustment, damage & sample] to ensure they are correctly recorded.
• Monitor inventory movement to ensure FIFO is followed and items are easily found.
• Develop and execute cycle count plans and schedules.
• Analyze slow-moving and dead stock.
• Ensure labels, bin locations, and stock arrangement meet standards.
• Perform daily item receiving and prepare items before shipping.
• Support internal and external audits with data and count results.

Requirements:

• Experiences in Warehouse and Inventory for a minimum of 4 years
• Must be good in English
• Understand WMS and the related warehouse and inventory systems
• Good at Microsoft Office (Excel, power point, word)
• Good attitude and behavior
• Experience in the apparel industry is an advantage
