Inventory Assistant

Work Location: #20 1st Ave. Sta. Maria Industrial Subdivision, Bagumbayan, Taguig City

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College degree of any technical course (e.g., BS Accountancy or BS Industrial Engineering graduate)
• Fresh graduates with internship experience in any industry with exposure in either supply chain, procurement, warehousing or materials planning are welcome to apply
• Knowledge in inventory management, best warehousing practices
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word)
• Knowledge on ERP or MRP system (e.g., SAP or equivalent) is an advantage
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures sufficient stock level of all materials needed for production use is available at any given time through accurate inventory recording vs. actual physical inventory count.
• Conducts cycle count and resolves/reconciles any variances encountered.
• Records all received items from warehouse using SAP System.
• Monitors weekly operating supplies consumption and prepares requisition as needed to ensure sufficient supply for daily use.
• Reports to Plant Manager and coordinates with the respective department heads on the status of all inventory items (i.e., out of stock, critical stock level, rejects or damaged items, expired or near expiring items).
• Monitors operating supplies consumption related to warehousing and ensures the allocated budget is not exceeded monthly.
• Submits weekly and monthly inventory monitoring, materials requisition status and other related reports to the President.
