Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to help manage, monitor, and maintain accurate records of company supplies, materials, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and organize incoming supplies and materials.
• Record incoming and outgoing inventory accurately.
• Monitor stock levels and report low or missing items.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts.
• Assist in preparing inventory reports and documentation.
• Organize and maintain the stockroom.
• Check items for damage, discrepancies, or shortages.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding inventory requests.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of company supplies.
• Perform other inventory-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or higher.
• Previous inventory, warehouse, or stockroom experience is an advantage.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move items when necessary.
• Reliable, honest, and hardworking.
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City.
