Inventory Assistant

Job Overview

Q & B Transportation Services LLC. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to support daily inventory and warehouse operations. You’ll help track inventory, process incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain accurate records, and ensure products are properly organized and accounted for.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
• Track stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse documentation
• Update inventory information in company systems
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support the logistics and operations team as needed

Qualifications

• Previous inventory, warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• WMS, inventory software, or RF scanner experience is a plus
• Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn
