INVENTORY ASSISTANT

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stocks and deliveries.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Compare physical inventory against system records and investigate discrepancies.
• Update inventory records for stock receipts, transfers, returns, adjustments, and releases.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock, damaged, expired, or obsolete items.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory allocation.
• Maintain proper organization, labeling, and storage of inventory.
• Prepare inventory reports and documentation for management.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, sales, and other departments regarding inventory concerns.
• Assist in regular inventory audits and reconciliation activities.

About you

• College Graduate or College Level is welcome.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or related operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to perform physical inventory counts and warehouse-related tasks.
